Hi there! This is my first pic. One of several Pale Headed Rosellas that visit my garden in Nth Brisbane. I've counted 3 at once, so I think there are at least 4 nearby.
They are very timid birds so I had to use the zoom. Taken on a Nikon D40X in July 09. Apologies in advance if the pic is too big or doesn't work. Blame newbie-itis.
Second try
Third try - here's the flickr address instead

I'll try to post it for you by placing the image address b/n the square bracketed img codes. Don't be too worried about your initial failure to post - we all had trouble at first.
BTW, 500 x 330 is the ideal size to post
.

Don't copy the address bar contents. Open your photo and right click to select "Properties". Copy the address in the "Properties" box. Hope this helps.

Thank you George! I'll have another go as per your instructions: I'll also make my pics 500x330 in the future.
By GeorgeP I think I've got it!
Lol, love the comment in the last pic.

Thanks everyone! I'm looking forward to getting a few more shots - hopefully minus the clothes pegs.

Well..I like to call it my "temporary tiered feeding system". They are actually mesh drawers. The seed husks fall through and the seed doesn't get soggy (not that it lasts that long!). Other birds wait beneath and scratch through the fallout.
One day I might invest in a proper bird feeder! For obvious reasons, the clothes line is not the best place to feed Rainbow Lorikeets.
Congrats on posting. It took me a while. I like the rosellas.
