Hi Smeedingo
Love the White-headed Pigeons.
.
I have a friend here in Robertson who gets them in his yard (he feeds birds, which I do not do). They like dense tree cover. My place is a little more open.
.
Top shot of the single bird.
.
Cheers
Denis
Nice selection you have to choose from dingo. Last Xmas in Victoria I tried several times to catch galahs with a P&S x14 zoom, but never got a good one.
Hi All
Thanks again all I have been away Denis from previous post I have a bush block And tassie I don't think so but the weather at the moment LOL & Birdgirl I was feeding him out of my hand just before and ran inside to get the camera and just got this one. Thanks all again.
Gorgeous! You are doing better than me - still only getting tail feathers as they disappear!!
Nice shots and nice birds to have in the yard.

Nice one on the pigeons and galahs, pity the red parrot is blurred but well done on getting it anyways.
Great to get the whole bird in the photo - I really battle with tracking flying birds. The angle shows off the lovely blue back and wing markings well
