Thanks guys, and bush, settings were 1/800 @ f/5.6 @ iso320 @ 300mm. The perch was all too brief and those settings were not right for any flight shot; the shutter was way too slow. Something like 1/2000 @ f/8.0 @ iso800 may have produced a better result.
