Got these shots this arvo of a pied butcherbird and (I think) a white-bellied cuckoo shrike? or maybe an immature Black faced cuckoo shrike?

I think one is male and one female?

or might be a grey butcherbird?

Use what talents you possess; the woods would be very silent if no birds sang there except those that sang best

Nice shots, but not a pied I think maybe a grey.Pied have a definite hood around the neck,head and face.

Hi Hev
Grey Butcherbird, white lores (above bill) and lack of black bib show it is not a Pied.
The others are juv Black-faced as the black continues behide the eye.Not sure the sexes can be told apart in the field.
