The second cockatoo had a beak that was TOO big, and couldn't eat properly, i wonder what happened to the poor things!

The cockatoos have the Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease (PBFD).
It is usually fatal disease that progresses similarly to AIDS in humans, and it can spread within wild birds.
You should contact your local wildlife rescue organisation immediately.
