It landed on the driveway in front of my car (in the headlights) and didn't want to move. The camera is within an arm's length of the bird. I love the ant in the background :)

Great shot Webboy. I have often seen these birds sit on the road at night and not move when you approach them with the car. I have had to get out and chase them away. It's a wonder there's any left. Ray
