Striated Paradalote ?

On the way home from Bendigo we stopped at Pink Cliffs got some great shots

Nice shots Cathshane. That's a pretty little bird isn't it and well taken. Have no idea what it is so I'll go with yours!
I saw Eastern Rosellas in NSW and only had one opportunity to photograph them. Like you though, I got caught with the dreaded white sky look behind. I have tried everything to make them look better but didn't really work. We don't have them on Queensland, but we have the Pale headed ones which are a lovely chattery bird to have around too.

Thanks Birdie, hmm yeah makes it hard when they wont venture down a bit closer were just happy to get a shot. The pardalote is lovely we had never seen one before we just followed the song and there they were.

Ha ha, yes I now what you mean. i took 10 shots of them on the power lines even though I knew the background was too bright, as I was so keen to just have the chance to get a photo of one.

I have never seen a pardalote of any description, and would really love to that is for sure.

Wow, pink cliffs looks really pretty. Almost as pretty as the pardalote :)
