I'm not sure which species of cuckoo this is. Maybe Shining Bronze?

I havae never seen a cuckoo so I am no help either but I love the shot. What kind of gear are you using geecee?

Nice shot. It appears to be a Shining-bronze Cuckoo. Horsfield's BC have a distinct dark line through the eye. Well done!
