These are regulars at our place and we see them daily.
Sulphur Crested Cockatoo
Kooburra
Long Bill Corella
Another one of our rescue birds that we rehabbed for a number of months because of an injured right wing and then released late last year. We call him Lopsy and he is a regular visitor now - like Rambo, he comes with the flock and leaves with the flock, doesn't stay during the day.
Lorikeet
Like many houses in our area, we get heaps of loris visiting.
Honky, a Western Long Bill
Honky dropped in one day in Nov. 2007, a few months after my heart attack. She has been a regular visitor since. At one time she must have been tame as she will jump on to me and my wife to play, stay for a while and then take off to be with the flock down by the Nerang River.
You must have a great home and yard if the birds want to stick around
There is nothing special about our house, in fact it is quite run down and needs a fair bit of work. Our garden has aviaries and cages and possibly because of this we attract other birds.
