Saving some striated pardalotes

Hello all,

I had an adventure with some pardalotes being in the path of an excavator last week, but it all seems to have worked well. I was able to successfully move the nest. You can read about it here
http://birdlistblog.blogspot.com/ if you are interested,

Cheers,
Denise

Hi Tassie, Thanks for the welcome in the other thread. If you copy and paste http://birdlistblog.blogspot.com/ into your browser address bar it should come up?

Cheers,
Denise :)

Gidday Denise, thank you I have just read the Pardalote story and it does not get much better than that, you went to a great deal of trouble and I am rapped that you ended up with a happy ending. Top stuff.
I have also read your bird lists and I am assuming that you are in Nth QLD somewhere,if so do you mind me asking what part as I am in Mackay.
Cheers Tassie.

What a happy ending to what I am sure was a very stressful event at the time! The photo of the young pardalote is adorable :D
