I feel fortunate to have gone to Tassie and seen and filmed Orange-bellies when I did in 2008. I only learned fairly recently that their numbers are real real low. I sure hope that my Aussie mates can keep this beautiful little neophema from being lost forever. I thought folks might enjoy looking at these little beauties on my youtube clip here:

Tassie there are some major problems with the birds in the wild but it seems that for some reason that females are becoming less and less productive. Its all pretty complicated. For those who want to learn more here is an excellent facebook page with lots of info.
