another bird nut.

hello.

Finally got around to joining up properly.Looks like a good useful forum.

I have been interested in birdwatching for close to forty years.Last few years got into digital photography,and D/SLR photography.Two years ago I got a Canon 400 mm L lens,which helps get some images.Certainly a learning curve,but great to get some lovely results sometime.

Would really like to get some good quality images of raptors.But all birds are of interest to me.Would like to
put forward any of my images and basic observations to any scientific studies or research,not sure if there really of any use though.Its always enjoyable to get out and see nature doing its thing.Hope to visit this site regularly.
