By the look of the notch in the tail of that raptor I'd say it was a collared sparrowhawk.
I presume the ??? Araminta referred to is a flower of a palm tree of some sort. I didn't know rainbow lorikeets are attracted to, presumably, its nectar.
I agree with Woko re Collared Sparrowhawk, but wouldn't call myself an expert...

Nice pics. Rainbow lorikeets still surprise me with what they nibble on. I've seen them having a go at my macadamia flowers too.
