I have a feeling that spring can't be far away? Then again, it might just be wishful thinking? But many birds in my garden are flirting, have started to sing louder to find a partner (or two?), I've seen Magpies with nesting material, and Bronzewings mating. Or do they do that kind of thing all year round? Anyway this Grey Fantail was singing very loud to attract attention.
there even is some sunshine, might go and find some birds now. Enjoy

When I took those photos, the bird wasn't singing. You can see how the wings are dropped, they do that when they make the warning call. Every time they call out, they flick those wings at the same time. This bird was worried about the Wedge-tailed Eagle in the air above.
