I'm thinking the first two photos are of a Whistling Kite, and the last a Swamp Harrier.  I wonder does anyone with much more knowledge have other ideas!

The first photo is of a Black Kite, the second is a whistling kite. They can be distinguished by the shape of their tails. Don't quote me on this, by I think the last photo may be a Swamp Harrier.

First two spot on, last hard to tell, but I am leaning towards Swampie as well. What kind of habitat was it flying over? Near? Do you have any shots, which show the rump? If you do and it has a white or buff coloured rump, then it'd definitely be a Swampie.

I haven't been able to login in the last few days, but I see there has been a problem.  Unfortunately that was the only photo I got that day, and not very clear.  I see it quite often - flies over a lake upsetting the ducks and masked lapwings, so I guess it is a Swampie.  Thanks.

Yes agree with Black Kite, Whistling Kite and Swamp Harrier. Swamp Harrier looks likely to be a juvenile judging by the very dark primaries.

Where were these taken Bridges?

Again, sorry about my delay in replying!  The Swamp Harrier is still flying over the lake (Barwon Heads in Victoria).  We see it quite regularly.  I'm not sure about the other two.
