Just found this site and I need it. I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to identifying birds. Photography is my thing, never without my camera, so hope to provide some interesting shots. I arrived in S.A. aboard the Indian Pacific , July 2011. Needing an interest I took up ship spotting. It was whilst waiting for ships that I stared to photo the water birds. Then that led to parks and street trees. Now no bird is safe from being shot by me and my camera.
