question for everyone, how do u tell the difference between male and female for the 28 parrot! the port lincoln and the long billed corella? i would say the males have slightly more red around there beak! who can clarify this for me? thanks

Long-Billed Corella....sexes similar in appearance.
As for a "28 Parrot" as you have quoted, never heard of it...
The 28 Parrot is one of the Australian Ringnecks - a race of the Port Lincoln Ringneck which has the red band above the bill although the PLR is often referrred to as the 28 parrot too! The sexes are very similar with the males being brighter coloured.
As Raven said the different seses of the Long Billed Corellas are very similar in appearance - I don't have any data giving differences between them.

thanks yeah its very hard to tell them apart, i have a feeling the female's may be slightly aggressive when eating! but not hundred percent sure.
