2 new birds today a grey butcherbird and a sacred kingfisher this was after we drove to Wollongong to pickup a new car and stopped at the light house to fill in time and saw a pod of whales

Always great to see new birds. Love the butcherbird in the bath very cute.
Both are interesting birds. We came across a pied butcher bird on the weekend that had raided the nest of a mickey bird and killed a rather large chick. I like the greys. I have one that sits outside my window singing his whole range of songs in his very beautiful voice.
