Nice shot Bygum. They are an interesting bird, and I love the red eye. I have seen heaps in my locality but none at the moment. Not sure where they go during winter

Birdie not sure my self there is about 4 or 5 pair around this area

G/Day Mate no you wont see them in the West only on the Eastern Seaboard.

Great shot Bygum. It really shows the spangles, These are mostly hard to see even with the naked eye. The light must have been just right. Well done. Ray

Pat...were you actually on here or what??/ I have just received pver 200 updates from old posts but this one appears to have been done by you personally, can't work out what is happening with the olther ones. SOme date bak to 2010 but they are not appearing on here.  I was thinking maybe a spammer, but usually the email feed shows that.  surprise

Havent seen many spangles this year so far, just a few .

No it is not a spammer, but rather it is some glitch because a longterm member has deleted his account and it has brought up posts right back to 2008/9  for me when we were first on here.

 Birdie me to in box overflowing ??. the drongo is something special, may be thats why I was called a drongo.
