Frankie and Janet

For all their friends, they came back today, Frankie looks a bit shaggy, he is moulting. There are a few of their young in the trees around, and all of them sleep in the big trees on our property, together with at least 50 Crimson Rosellas. It's quite an event eary in the morning when they all scream and leave to go where ever they go for the day.

Here are a few photos I took this morning.

Such a beautiful couple!  Frankie looks a tad harried with fatherhood.  Janet looks well able to cope.

What beautiful photos - I wish I could get that close to the birds, but will have to stick to catching them in flight I guess.

It is good to retain a point of difference

my recent posts have been fewer as I am so busy at work but I still try to look at every thread
