Holly does this forum have a Karma button that can be activated?.

How do others feel about karma.

Do you feel it would moderate the schoolyard attitude/bitchiness/arrogance/superiority, call it whatever you like but it sure has a negative effect on the forum IMHBO.

With so many knowlegeable members and the hugh number of new members a little more gentleness and understanding could surely be shown??

Also—Why is the return key not working?

A karma button - I don't think there is an add-on for that

I absolutely want people to feel comfortable on here and I would again remind people to treat others with respect and kindness. I am saddened that a forum about such a positive topic can sometimes get arguments and snappiness.

If you feel attacked please use the report button and that will let me know.

I am still checking in regularly but I can't read every post that is made (especially with some major deadlines that I have coming up over the next month) so I encourage people to remember their manners.

And return key? Not sure what you are referring to AD - can you give me some more info?

Holly Thanks, not me being attacked others being attacked & I will cerainly become a regular user of the report button!! This should be a civilized BIRD forum not a copy of parliment. When I hit the enter key nothing happens as here. The above post was formated by my using HTML. Others seem to be having a problem but not sure how many (ML) mentions it too. Thanks ad

Hi Holly, i am also not being able to use the enter key.I press it to start a new line but the curser doesn't move so i end up with one long paragraph. Also i used to right click in this box and paste my bbcode code from Flickr and get a box asking if i want to allow access and i click yes and my link appears but that doesn't work now either. One more thing when i used to read a post and then back out of it, the red "updated" would be gone but now i have to refresh my page to make it go away. The last two things are not a biggy for me but thought i would mention it as they all started happening at the same time, and i am pretty sure it started when you made the new Video sub forum. That's twice now you have changed something and broken something else Just joking But the enter key would be great to be fixed so i don't end up with one long paragraph like this.
