I was in WA recently. My 1st birding stop after arriving at Perth Airport was the Mundy Regional Park and I got this pic. Saw plenty more R-c P during my 6 days and have many more pics that have not yet been sorted. (sorry about the twig in the lower right but I didn't want to move & scare the bird, someday I will get onto Photoshop and remove it)
edit - I will add a pic without a twig from Albany
To twig or not to twig? What a beautiful bird, gorgeous coloures.

Ohhh, LOVE the angle of that in-flight (liftoff?) shot! BIF shots, another goal to add to my "practice" list . Beautiful birds aren't they? Looking forward to seeing more from your trip!

and a very young bird from Baldivis Children's Forest, WA
(I am so easily distracted, I am drafting my monthly newsletter and checking to see if I saw Red-capped Parrots on every WA day)
