I know this is not specifically bird-related, but it may be of interest to those of you in the Adelaide region who are interested in reforestation and biodiversity impacts.
I just saw this post on one of the blogs I follow.

It's part of a project looking at the best bang-for-buck in relation to biodiversity and carbon-sequestration impacts.
Help is needed particularly with tree planting, but also for vegetation and small animal surveys (insects/reptiles/invertebrates).
Thanks for the link, Timmo. I live a little crow's flight from Monarto & have an interest in what happens there as I've been encouraging the development of wildlife corridors from natural bushland at places like Monarto.
