As we never stay home on weekends, even if it rains, today we drove all the way to Edwards Point (Port Phillip Bay) to see what was happening there, other than eat fish & chips.
The only bird of any interest to me was a “White-browed Woodswallow”. I got some photos, but none very good. So, here is one. If you have a close look, I noticed looking at it on my PC, the bird has a grey ring on one (or both ) leg(s)? What do you think? Other than that, the usual Gulls, I didn’t take any photos of.So, here is my catch of the day
Yep, it looks like leg rings, maybe part of a study?
And nothing wrong with the pic, looks good to me

It's the first time I have seen one too. It's not rare though, or is it? There was only that one , (not sure if there was a second one in a tree?) I had a look in my book, it tells me that they are wide spread.
