my Nankeen Kestrel

We went to the Treatment Plant today. What a glorious day it was? Blue sky, (not easy to get on the right side of the birds if there is water between you and the bird) BOP everywhere, all different kinds. All too far awaycrying to get good shots. On the way out, we saw this gorgeous Kestral in a dead tree. Got some nice photos. (I think). The bird sat in the same spot for a while, that's why most of the photos look similarwink. Enjoy, this one is a female, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, a female, I believe, Araminta. Rufous crown & tail whereas the male has a grey crown & tail.
