My garden is just so full of birdlife at the moment, I don’t know where to look? Birds everywhere. Yesterday the first flock of Silvereyes has invaded some trees. I can already hear Woko saying, but it’s not a native.
We have contemplated to remove it, but it feeds so many little birds. (Lame excuse I can hear Woko say) The tiny birds just feast on the little bugs. Soon the natives will be in flower, can’t be long now?
These are my favourite pics out of 120+ I took. A bit different, I think?

Excellent shots, M-L.
I don't think the birds care if they are native or not

Wonderful silvereye shots, Araminta.
Not much point in removing the exotic tree while it's providing habitat for native birds, especially if it's non-invasive. In the long run, there might be value in planting something local to your area. When it has matured is the time to remove the introduced tree if that's what you plan to do.
Beautiful, I love silvereyes.
Lovely shots M-L!
The colours are just stunning!
I love the buff colours on them. Silvereyes have got to be one of my favourite little ones
Great sequence M-L I agree with Elsie about their buff colouration, so pretty - love the sound of their feeding chatter in particular too.
