I saw this little darling near the end of a 19k bushwalk. It flew in front of then around me and into the bushes next to the track. It brought a large grin to my tired face.

Such a gorgeous little bird, and forever moving like the Grey Fantails. Hard to get a decent pic of them, I've found. Well done!

It also helps if it is your first encounter with one. 19-20km was worth it. (it was only about 2km from the train station at the end of my journey) I did also see an echidna, lots of water dragons and a goanna, a powerful Owl, about 60 Crimson rosellas, hundreds of cockatoos and corellas as well as all the usual suspects.
