first day [jan 8] there was a solo Tawny behind shack  , right behind bathroom. [1st photo]

next day it had a mate with it. [2nd photo]

Wow, I've never seen one of these in the flesh & now I know why. I've probably walked past one on may occasions & hav'nt noticed the Bird. They are so well camouflaged into the tree especially that 2nd shot,  I spent a few seconds looking for the 2nd Owl & there it is!

Just one tiny correction Dennis, Frogmouths are not Owls, they belong to the Nightjars.
