I found this poor baby fellow he cannot fly cause it seem still have his baby feathers and i would like to help him
Someone can help me with any information about this bird : what is he ? how can i feed him ....

Try and find an avian vet ASAP. :-(
Maybe feed it some mushed up warm warms. It is obviously a meat-eater.

The poor bird looks pretty stressed. Do you know what it is at all? Were there any parents around watching it that you could ID it by?

I was trying to find his parents nest but didnt, hopefully will find tomorow, now i give him water and bugs but didnt eat
I know now its a kookaburra i m giving him water with a needle and small insect with tweezers ^^
if any more information ur welcome

I'm interested to know who told you the bird is a kookaburra, drindrin. It looks more like an owl or raptor to me but I'm happy to be corrected. If it's a raptor then it's likely to be the weakest of a brood & has been ejected from the nest in order to ensure the survival of the strongest young one or ones. If this is the case then it needs to be humanely euthanized. Is there a large nest made from sticks & twigs near where you found the bird? If so, then the youngster may have fallen from there.

The pictures do look like those of a baby Koel on the internet. Wonder if it got rejected by the host parents?

Because of the small size of the host parents nest, many cuckoos end up on the ground before they are ready for flight.
About 3 weeks ago I almost ran over a fan-tailed cuckoo fledgling when entering my carport.
I picked it up, examined and photographed it, then placed it into a nearby bush.
Within 2 minutes one host parent was feeding it, as you can see in the following photo.

Definitely NOT a kookaburra. Koel looks right. Get some meal worms from the pet store. Most other insects would probably be good. There are lots of cicada's about and they are easy to catch.
