Help please

This poor bird hit one of our windows, it was stunned for a while but then took off, I am having trouble working out what it is. Could it be a speckled warbler. I live near Campbelltown in NSW

Hi Donna,

Looks like you have a female rufous whistler, also I'm not sure if speckled warblers live around your area

I would put my money on Speckled Warbler, and you are well within range for this species.

Glad he/she recovered.

I'll 2nd Rufous Whistler.

Speckled Warbler's have a prominent white eyebrow & are more heavily marked on the upperparts. See photos of Speckled Warbler's here for comparison:  http://www.birdsinbackyards.net/forum/Speckled-Warbler

Yes, Rufous Whistler I think. Female (or juvenile...?).
