The pretty female Magpie larks are still visiting my garden , normally there are 2 girls and 1 male . The male doesn't hang around for long but the girls like to take their time . Here are 2 of my favourite photos I have taken today.

How'd I miss these?!! These are both gorgeous shoop. I adore the pose and curious look in the first and the second is a beautiful side portrait with lovely DOF, looks like a really low shot too. Gee you're lucky - hard to decide which is my fav between this guy and the Butcherbird entertaining you lately!!

Lovely shots of a very inquisitive little bird Shoop . I went rushing out with camera the other day convinced that the strange call I heard was some kind of BOP ...... only to be buzzed by one of these as it flew out from behind the fence, how embarrassing
The pied Butcher Birds have suddenly moved in with a force to our area and are chorusing every day.... it is the most beautiful call , could listen to it all day ...... oh yes........ I DO !!!!
