(taking off on the Little Brown Birds) - I found some little grey birds down at Daisy Hill Forest (south east queensland for the unaware).
Believe 1 & 2 are same type of bird. 3&4 is a bit smaller.
Any thoughts?

I don't really know, but the line across the chest on the second one makes me think of a flycatcher of some sort, probably a juvenile.

A Golden Whistler female for the first bird... it has a yellow tint on the undertail and the throat is "scaly" looking, which indicates female Golden Whistler. The second bird, I believe, is a Brown Thornbill... there is some streaking on the chest and face.

I believe that pic #2 is a juvenile male Leaden Flycatcher, as Timmo suggested; straight line across chest, throat colour, etc

Check the bill shape... a flycatcher's bill is broad and flat, while a whistler's bill is conical and stubby. It does look like a flyatcher, plumage wise, but plumage is very variable. Things like the bill, which are not so variable, can't be mistaken. Golden Whistler is my best bet. Don't forget the yellow undertail...
