Had a rewarding walk in the Otway NP near Aireys Inlet Saturday (W/E away at Torquay) & thought some might enjoy the results even tho' it is a long way from my backyard....

Great shots of lovely little birds!
(Its probably close to someone's backyard so thats OK!)
So beautiful! They all appear to be posing happily for you.
I adore the Grey Fantail and the Golden Whistler particularly.
Thanks for sharing! The world is someone's backyard (imho).
Must have been a great walk. Grey Fantail is gorgeous.
I saw a Golden Whistler for the first time just the other day, lovely photos.
What a brilliant walk by the looks Mitzy! Those Silvereyes get into all sorts of weird positions when they're feeding don't they? Swinging around and upside down like little feathered monkeys . Gorgeous set of shots, thanks for sharing them!

I just love the Crested Shrike Tit I have some in the bush outside my fence, but they hardly ever come into my garden
Well spotted

Thank you all for your comments, I did enjoy the day even tho' I was alone. Nice "old wood" country, good birding and sunshine - nearly perfect really.
