I'm not good at taking photos of BOP, nor identifying them. I'm most likely wrong thinking this could be a Whistling Kite? Please put me out of my misery, (don't kill me), just tell me what it is, and what are the main features?

Yeah pretty sure its a whistling kite with the wedge tail more than rounded due to damage?. The most pronounced feature is the size being bigger than other kites and the M shape under the wing is showing up

Agree, it's a Whistling Kite, appears to be a juvenile. As Neville said, the underwing pattern is a good identifying feature here.
Cheers, Steve
Thanks Neville and Steve, that's what I thought.
