A Red Rumped Parrot but a very small one i think - should be just a bit smaller than a rainbow but i don't think he makes a Scaly - bit worried about him actually because now a grey butcherbird has taken a liking to attacking him - by the way i named him Techno (for Technicolour) which he certainly is :)
