G'day Don,

nice to see that you're sharing these on this site too. I never tire of seeing these beautiful creatures. Do you plan to film the Hooded Parrot ? Thanks for sharing.

Yes I suspect folks online will be tired of me soon. Me and my non-stop enthusiasm for filming Aussie Parrots. Not my fault you have so many fantastic birds though right?
George See my thread I created with you in mind to show some Hooded Parrot images.
I will always remember that spot as the place I finally learned to succomb and seriously consider purchasing a head-net cause the blowies were so severe I was very stressed while filming at times.
Very nice mate, I was interested in seeing them in the wild for the first time as I used to breed them, thank you for sharing Don.
Glad you enjoyed them Tassie. I am still stunned that I saw them! I learned that quite a few aussie mates still need to see this bird in the wild.
I suspect you must see some great sights while traveling and of course have to avoid wandering camels and roos I suspect.
Have you seen Major Mitchells while traveling?
Don
