Parents brought their babies into our backyard this morning. The oldest baby looks good and strong, but the other two look like albino vultures. I hope they are well - I'll keep an eye out for them coming to visit

Baby long-billed corellas
Ohh - they're georgoeus!! They do look abit humorous though :)
Are they late fledging Birdgirl or is that a "normal" look for Corellas..... how embarrassing only a other could love 'em!
Sunshine Coast Queensland
I don't know what has happened to these two - I've never seen any like them or this young. The juveniles I've seen look just like the adults except they bellow and sway. When our galahs are ready to leave the nesting box they have full plumage, except they have a grey wash across the breast. I think even a mother would be hard pressed to find these 2 attractive!
I'm no vet but I reckon these ugly brutes have got some sort of illness ( I can't spell desiese) Ray
Those look like adults with psittacine circovirus aka beak and feather BFD. Hence why people should NOT feed birds!!! It helps spread this rubbish virus!
They came in this morning again and really act like newly-fledged babies with their calls and tentative movements from branch to branch. I really hope they haven't got a disease - I have never seen any other birds like this in our area.
Feeding is a hard call - we are in the area of NSW that has the most rapid residential and industrial growth. Many people have commented on local extinctions and that there are fewer birds nowdays. I have planted mostly natives in the garden and let the grevilleas go to seed so the rosellas can eat from them as well. I also have seeding grasses and fruits (dianella and midyim)
