All crackers Richard. I have never seen the Robin, Spiny-cheeked and Brown HE's and I love the shots. They are quite sharp, especially the Robin.
Cheers, Owen.
Thanks Owen, the robin was very accommodating, came so close I had to zoom out not in! lol

All beautiful shots, Richard. Can't believe how close you got to the Hooded Robin.

luv the SCH, beautiful colour!! great shots envious !
if your happy when your birding, flap your wings.
Thanks for the comments, much appreciated. George, I couldn't believe my luck when he hopped around me. And mrtattoo, even though they do have great colours, the SCH was just in the right light from the sun, again, just lucky.

Fantastic shots and pretty much all profiles - their best sides no doubt. The shot of the Variegated Fairy-wren is wonderful for showing off his markings, well done - you are very talented.
May I ask what camera and lens you use?? Not that knowing would help my photography! :(

Hiqyn55, thanks for the comments. The camera is a Canon EOS 500D and the lens is a Tamron 70-300

I have only seen two of those birds before, very jealous.
Some great eye shine in your pic's.
Thanks for the camera and lens information - I have heard that the canon is very good for bird photography.
