Caught these two conducting a house inspection at jells Park a couple of weeks ago. A very common species around here but always a pleasure to see 'em. Lots of birds are nest-building at the moment; Ravens, Rainbow Lorikeets, Magpies and Tawny Frogmouths, just to name a few.

Beautiful shot George. I have witnessed the same lately but have not had a camera with me or a lens long enough to get a decent shot. Spring is really in the air!!!
Interesting to watch them burrowing too when they take possession so to speak!!
