I went to the Hunter Wetlands Centre today and saw some lovely water birds
flying
several were perched in the tree tops around a pond
head up for landing
take off
a big chunk of nesting material
it flew so close I couldn't fit it the whole bird in
Great series. Although you couldn't fit the bird in the last shot (don't you hate it when that happens!) I love the sunlit feathers. It really shows off the exact positioning of every feather.
