Something funny happened some days ago. I went outside to take some more photos of a White-browed Scrubwren.I got close to it, but there was some gras or sticks infront of it all the time. So I got upset, said to the bird, bugger that then, and left.I went back to the house, when I turned around, there was the bird,it had followed me back to the door, and almost sat on my foot. It kept coming closer as if it was saying, alright then go on, take your stupid photos. The little bird got so close at times, I couldn't focus. Most of all, it looks as if the bird was rather angry, have a look at his/her(?) face.
in the last photo, he looks really angry, I think.
I would love to see some of your "Grumpy pics" , can't wait, M-L
Great shots and very tame bird. I wish they could do this for me!
Cheers, Owen.
Great shots ML, lovely little buggars arent they?
I also like angry birds a lot. Here's some from my collection.
Classic Silver.
Evil magpie.
Vicious crow.
And kookaburra, but not laughing, not even smiling...
Laurius
Laurius, I think your "crow" is actually a currawong. Australian crows and ravens all have blueish-white eyes, while currawongs have yellow eyes.
They're all great photos. Love the evil expresions.>=D

I love that magpie shot! The similarities to my head teacher maths in high school are remarkable.
Lovely sharp shots. I wish more birds gave us such good photo opportunities
