Here is an Indian ringneck parakeet that has been coming into our yard for about 3 1/2 years. Its ring hasn't become black, so it is a female. It seems to be doing very well. Lucky it was the green form that escaped, not the bright blue, yellow or white. This one looks more like one of our native birds.
