This happened about a month a go. We found this little Rainbow Lorikeet that fell out of the nest and was too young to fly.
He/she looked very sad and helpless.
Event then, portrait again.
We didn't know what to do. Should we help or just observe. Because in Europe this kind of mistake usually means just one thing - easy lunch for some lucky cat. But little guy knew what to do...

Back on the tree, hopefully safe.
What gorgeous shots and a delightful story MrT71 .... they are very ingenious aren't they ? Their survival instinct is strong that is for sure.
