I took these photos of a noisy miner bathing in our bird bath. I learnt a lot from taking them - burst mode is great for this because the birds jump in and out of the water so quickly. I also needed to increase the ISO so I could increase the shutter speed and get sharper images - but I do like the 'motion blur' effect.

Beatiful images, Birdgirl. I love the action. Just be aware that the one drawback of our camera (FZ-50) is that noise increases quite dramatically when you increase the ISO. Thanks for sharing.
