Photos needed - female Rufous Whistler, Channel-billed Cuckoo, Spiny-cheeked HE and Babbler

Hi guys,

BIBY is after some photos for a poster we are developing for Alice Springs.

If anyone has any shots of a female Rufous Whistler, an adult Channel-billed Cuckoo, a spiny-cheeked honeyeater and a grey-crowned babbler - and don't mind us using them - could you please email me at

The photos would have to be clear and preferably without branches etc in front of the bird.

You will be acknowledged as a photographer on the poster.

Cheers
Holly

Hi Holly, have sent some pics through to you. Was there in June (see my posts re. Desert Park and Olive Pink Gardens) we had a great time. Went on the bird tour at DP, the tour guide was great, re.knowledge and 'spotting' abilities. I think we saw about 18 species. Good luck with the poster.

Use what talents you possess; the woods would be very silent if no birds sang there except those that sang best
