HI All took these today out side fishing SHEARWATER Australasian Gannet

Beautifully sharp Gannet shots - nice ones dingo - but did you catch any fish?

Steve it is the way to get good sea bird photos(close ones anyway).
Tark no mate we can't have everything, Another night owl.

Hey dingo - "Another nightowl," uh? I do get at least 8hrs sleep, often ten out of any 24hrs period but please myself. that's the beauty of being retired. As my Virgin broadband is hopelessly oversubscribed, the only stable connection is from midnight to 3:00pm, Mon-Fri. Weekends are hopeless - dunno when those Facebookers do their homework mate - Grrrr!!!

Nice gannet shots. How are your nesting boxes going? I think Mrs Rosella has probably laid eggs - she has been in the box for about 2 weeks I think

I have a pair of rosellas looking for about 5 days now but a magpie chased them today I hope they will return.
