Swallow Babies

I was very unlucky this morning. I have been thinking NOT to put up those bad photos. The young were sitting on the antenna, the bright sunshine directly behind them. This was the best I could do, or nothing. Well, here is the meager result, I still want to share, because those are the babies I took photos off earlier in the nest. Be nice, excuse me, and enjoy them just the way they are.. M-L

Bad photos? I was thinking you saw one of them get chomped or something. These photos look pretty good to me!

It's good to see the babies are out flying. Quality isn't paramount so don't worry and you did well considering the tough lighting.

Cheers, Owen.

You are right soakes, there are two possibilities here, either she had tree young, or the parents could have been successful in fending off the two BOP ?( I did'n see it getting eaten, only the parents attacking the BOP, one a Wedge-tailed eagle, the other looked like a W-kite)
While I was taking the photos yesterday, both the BOP where in the air above. Now, can someone please tell me, how they know, when the babies are out? Normally they are not hanging around! M-L
