Last of the bunch...

One or two Wandering Whistling Ducks

Brolga

White-breasted Woodswallows

Whistling Kite(?)

Double-barred Finch

Red-winged Parrot

Pheasant Coucal

Brown Goshawk(?)

Azure Kingfisher

White-throated Honeyeater

Yellow-tinted Honeyeater

Lemon-bellied Flycatcher

Figbird

But no Gouldian Finch or Hooded Parrot on this trip! Maybe next time.

Lovely series of shots, Mike. All id's look correct to me. Try Pine Creek for Hoodeds and Gouldians and Katherine / Edith Falls area. I'd resize all shots to 500 on longest side to ensure the entire image is visible.

Thanks GeorgeP, those are all the places we went! Just happened not to see those particular birds this time. Pine Creek was excellent, particularly around the water gardens and the cemetery. Edith Falls was beautiful. I think the White-throated Honeyeater shot came from there.

You are making me so jealous with all those birds and nice shots. Your kite Is a Whistling but not sure about the Hawk.
