Yeah ed i agree with Steve,i like the night heron one best.
It looks like such a great place to watch birds - excellent photos of the red-tailed black cockatoo

Hi Ed a great set of images. The towncommon sounds like a rich and rewarding place for a birder to visit.
It would be interesting to spend a couple of hours there early morning and do a "twitch"; that is ID'd every bird?

Hey Ed, Checked out that eremaea site, Wow! It will be a great resource when Wife and I go on a holiday someplace.
I didn't have to tell U about twitching did I, sorry. That is one impressive list for a single destination. It's up there with the great sights on the Eramaea list.
