I was lucky enough to get this picture of a White-throated Gerygone. These birds are very common but seldom seen because of there small size and the fact that they spend most of there time in the top canopy of large Gum trees. Some locals around here call them Bush Canaries, but when you ask what they look like, they almost always say "dunno, never seen one." Ray.
Oh, yes. What a ripper, Ray. They truly are the canary of the bush. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks All. Yes Birdgirl,it is a lovely bird and the yellow is quite bright but imagine this 50mm bird about 30 Meters up a Gum tree. Very hard to see.
